Mango Mint Summer Salad

Boost your summer glow with this anti-aging Mango Mint Summer Salad. Packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients, polyphenols, fibre, chlorophyll, and healthy fats, these ingredients work together to help you feel your best.
The dressing incorporates CanPrev’s Liposomal Coenzyme Q10, a powerful antioxidant that supports cellular energy production and protects against free radicals to promote healthy aging.

Ingredients
Salad:
- 5 cups mixed greens
- 2 mangos, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli microgreens
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup hemp hearts
Dressing:
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp Liposomal Coenzyme Q10
Directions
- In a blender, add all dressing ingredients except for the Liposomal Coenzyme Q10, and blend until smooth. Using a spoon, gently stir in Liposomal Coenzyme Q10 by hand and mix well.
- In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients and toss. Add the dressing, toss and serve. Enjoy!
