Kiwi & Citrus Yogurt Parfait

Daydreaming of the tropics? Whip up this parfait, close your eyes, and it’ll feel like you’re there.
This parfait fights inflammation and provides powerful antioxidants, thanks to CanPrev’s Vitamin C 1000 Liposomal, and Omega Twist. Light, citrus-y, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, plus it’s brimming with essential nutrients – it doesn’t get any better.

Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe kiwi, peeled & chopped
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt, either dairy or plant-based 6 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp Vitamin C 1000 Liposomal
- 1 tbsp Omega Twist, flavour of choice
Optional Toppings: hemp, flax, or chia seeds.
Directions
- Add half of the yogurt to a short, wide-mouth jar.
- Layer half of the kiwi on the yogurt.
- Drizzle the Vitamin C Liposomal over the fruit.
- Top with half the granola.
- Repeat! But, drizzle with Omega Twist. Add any additional toppings you desire. Enjoy!
