Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup pecans
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 scoops MuscleRescue Pineapple Punch

Coating

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Soak the dates and cashews in hot water for about an hour or until soft, and then drain.
  2. Add all the truffle ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into balls and place on a tray in the freezer. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the coating.
  4. Roll the balls in the yogurt coating.
  5. Add them back into the tray and let them set in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the coating is set.
