Homemade Savoury Flax Crackers

Turn up the flavour with these savoury, nutty, Homemade Flax Crackers, perfect for gatherings and healthy snacking!

Made with CanPrev’s Myco10 Immunomodulating Mushroom Complex, these crackers offer a unique immune-supporting kick while satisfying your crunch cravings.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup coconut flour 
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast 
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds 
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, ground
  • ½ – ⅔ cup warm water 
  • Seasoning of choice (garlic, paprika, onion,herbs) 
  • 4 scoops Myco10

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Add all ingredients except water to a bowl and mix well. 
  3. Slowly add the water and stir until a dough forms. It should stick together and be easy to handle. 
  4. Press the dough flat (about ¼ inch in thickness) between two pieces of parchment paper. 
  5. Score the dough with a knife before baking so you can easily break it apart after it’s baked.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Let the crackers cool, then break along the scored lines into pieces.

Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
