Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 small tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-2 tbsp lime juice
- 1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp onion powder
- 1⁄2-1 tsp sea salt
- 1⁄4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 scoop Green Up! With GRAMS
Directions
- Cut open avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher.
- Add Green Up! with GRAMS, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, 1⁄2 tsp salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and lime juice.
- Add cilantro and tomatoes and stir until combined. Taste and add extra salt or lime juice if needed.
- Enjoy with chips, crackers, veggies, dollop on a bowl or on toast!
Storage Instructions: If you are making it more than 30 minutes ahead of serving, put the pit in the middle of the bowl, add a squeeze of lime to the top layer and cover tightly with plastic wrap to prevent browning. Serve at room temperature or cold, whichever you prefer.
