Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled or quick oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chunks
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 scoop Fibre Feel

Optional toppings: 

  • Peanut butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Splash of almond milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add all ingredients except the chocolate chunks into a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently stir 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chunks into the blended mixture, and pour into a greased 8 oz baking dish. Top with extra chocolate chunks.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until golden or an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy!
