Chocolate Chia Breakfast Power Bowl

Enjoy this Chocolate Chia Breakfast Power Bowl for breakfast and experience sustained energy all morning, thanks to the added fibre.

It also supports a healthy gut! The magnesium in the cocoa complements CanPrev’s Liposomal Magnesium – it can be blended into the base, as suggested below, or drizzled on top.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk (coconut milk used)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (the thicker the better)
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon stevia extract
  • 2 teaspoons Liposomal Magnesium
  • 2 scoops Fibre Feel Powder

Optional Toppings

  • Shredded coconut, berries, hemp hearts, avocado
  • 2 teaspoons melted coconut oil combined with 2 teaspoons cocoa powder to drizzle

Directions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl, including the Fibre Feel powder.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to thicken for an hour, stirring occasionally to avoid clumping of the chia seeds.
  4. Divide among two bowls and garnish as desired. Refrigerate or enjoy immediately.
