Blended Pumpkin Chia Pudding

End your nights on a sweet note with this Blended Pumpkin Chia Pudding.

It’s a decadent, whipped pudding with CanPrev’s Myo-Inositol for supporting healthy mood balance, glucose metabolism and menstrual regularity

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk (organic soy milk used)
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 6 tablespoons white chia seeds, ground
  • 1 teaspoon stevia extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 scoops Myo-Inositol (12g)

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until silky smooth.
  3. Divide among 3 small bowls and chill for an hour to set before serving.
  4. Top with additional cinnamon and whipped cream if desired.
  5. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
