False Labelling
This product, labelled Magnesium Bisglycinate (Gentle), is actually a mixture of magnesium oxide (which is cheaper and is known to cause diarrhea) with magnesium bisglycinate. You can see this only if you look at the fine print in the ingredients list. The name of the product (in large print on the label) misrepresents the contents. I have written to the company and they have refused to take responsibility for mislabelling this product.
Type of magnesium ids vague
Bought this thinking I was getting pure mahnesium bis-glycinate, but now see that it also has magnesium oxide. the label doesnt specify how much oxide is in the product. For that reason, i will be looking elsewhere for future purchases
