Directions
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 capsules, 2 times per day with food. Take for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects.

When taking this product • some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
