I grew up on a small fruit farm, where I was surrounded by the rhythm of the seasons and the quiet magic of watching food grow. Even at a young age, I felt a deep connection to the environment around me and a curiosity about how nature supports our well-being.
That sense of connection eventually led me to study nutrition and become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I believe our bodies are always communicating through energy, mood, sleep, and digestion. Learning to listen is one of the most powerful things we can do for our health.

Off the Clock

Time outside, with nothing overhead but sky, feels like a reset. It's where I come back to myself and step away from the noise. Movement has always been my way of creating meaning.
