During my last year of university, while studying social work, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I worked with countless practitioners, searching for someone who could transform my life, looking everywhere for answers, yet never realizing the most powerful guidance was within me all along. I became deeply devoted to healing myself: naturally, holistically, and from the inside out. I discovered that true healing comes from balance—and that balance grows when you build a solid, loving relationship with yourself. Eventually, I set out to become the person I needed, diving into holistic nutrition, hormones, gut health, and somatics, blending these with my social work studies to support women 1:1 on their journeys—mind, body, and soul. My path hasn’t been easy, and it isn’t linear, but I wouldn’t change a thing, because it led me to the version of myself I was meant to be: doing this work, creating community, and holding spaces where people can connect with themselves, go inward, and truly heal.

Off the Clock
In my spare time, I love to slow down and savour the simple things. Cooking nourishing meals, moving my body through Pilates, or going for long walks while listening to wellness and spiritual podcasts. My mornings always begin with matcha and intention, and I often end my days journaling or melting into the warmth of a sauna. I cherish dinner parties with my favourite people, exploring new restaurants, and escaping to nature — especially anywhere surrounded by mountains. At my core, I just love living a grounded, connected life.
