I’m an outdoor athlete, mom, and content creator based in Squamish, BC. My life revolves around mountain adventures, from backcountry snowboarding, climbing alpine routes and bouldering to family hikes and camping trips with my kids. I’m passionate about finding balance between parenthood and my love for the outdoors, and inspiring others to get outside and live more connected to nature.

Off the Clock

When I'm not on a mountain, you'll most likely find me bouldering or sipping coffee with a view. I'm passionate about earning my turns on the splitboard, always chasing the most beautiful line to ride back down. I love backpacking into wild places and discovering those perfect, tucked-away spots to pitch my tent.
