Raspberry Mint Popsicles

These Raspberry Mint Popsicles are a refreshing, all-natural recipe, perfect for summer!
They’re packed with probiotics, antioxidants, protein, a cooling mint twist, and added hormone-balancing nutrients from CanPrev’s Prime Cycle

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1½ cups unflavoured full fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Prime Cycle
Directions
- Add prepared produce to a large salad bowl or to two medium-sized bowls. Set aside.
- Blend the raspberries with water, Prime Cycle, and 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, remaining maple syrup, vanilla extract and chopped mint.
- Layer the popsicles: Add a spoonful of raspberry puree, then a spoonful of yogurt mixture. Repeat until moulds are filled, giving a gentle swirl with a spoon or knife if desired.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight
