Recommended Use

Helps in the development and maintenance of bones. Source of the essential amino acid lysine to help in collagen formation. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. Helps to reduce joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Mix 1 scoop in water once per day. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least of 5 months to see beneficial effects.

Measuring scoop not accurate

The first container of this that I bought had settled so much that I only got 10 servings. I had thought it strange that the sealed container was less than half full when I first opened it.

After using it, and running out quickly, I went back to the store, and they explained that it settles, and can be stirred before measuring to loosen it up, but that it should be weighed on a kitchen scale for an accurate serving. Did so with the next container and got the 30 servings, but found again that using the scoop would not have resulted in accurate measurements.
